Testimonials submitted by former and/or current customers are added to our website and other forms of communication only after our having requested and received permission for their inclusion. Any edits made for brevity or grammatical corrections must also be approved by the customer prior to inclusion on our website. Occasionally Other Worlds Ed. Ent., LLC will notify its customers of new or revised products via email. In doing so, the only personal data transmitted are the recipients' email addresses. Requests for removal of email addresses from our master list are honored.

Fossils: Fossil formation requires eons of time during which the strata in which they become altered and embedded constantly shifts and changes resulting in differing degrees of "damage" to the specimens. Due to these inherent "damages", the fossils distributed by Other Worlds are assigned to various levels of quality from which the customer may choose. Generally, the better the quality of the fossil, the higher its cost. Customers are requested to keep this in mind as they select the specimens they wish to purchase. When shipped, the specimens are very carefully wrapped and protected in an attempt to prevent any "newly introduced" damages to them. Customers must contact our organization within ten days of receiving their shipment to voice any concerns with the specimens received. Fossils may be returned, but must be carefully packaged to prevent damage. The original cost will be reimbursed, but the customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
CDs. Because the data included on CDs are easily duplicated, requests for returns and refunds are generally not honored. Although our CD's are carefully checked to assure they have been properly recorded, occasionally a faulty disk may "slip through the cracks". In this event, the purchaser may contact Other Worlds via email to request that the contents of the CD be transmitted to the original purchaser's computer via "High Tail It!" to permit its contents to be downloaded and saved on the purchaser's computer.
Missing items: If an item, or items, was/were inadvertently not included in the various kits or packets distributed by Other Worlds, customers may contact us via email (LWothworld@aol.com) to report any missing items. The missing items will be shipped to the original address within two to three days. In the event of a missing CD, customers are requested to notify Other Worlds and the missing material will be uploaded and transmitted to the customer's computer within one to three days.
