Fascinating facts about Mollusks: * Most marine mollusks are filter feeders that subsist on plant matter dissolved in water.
* Pearls grown inside the shells of oysters have been treasured since time immortal.
* Many mollusks feed using a radula, a series of teeth which may be used for
complex tasks such as grazing or drilling a hole in another animal’s shell.
