Other Worlds Educational Enterprises has been developing, selecting, and distributing coaching aides to Science Olympiad coaches since 1994.

Its president, Linder Winter, has served on the Colorado State Science Olympiad Board of Directors, as event supervisor at regional, state, and national competitions, as chair and co-chair of the Earth Science Rules Committee, and as co-site coordinator for the 2001 National Science Olympiad Finals at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has presented Science Olympiad workshops for national, state, regional, and local Science Olympiad coaches throughout the country. Linder has been awarded the National Science Olympiad's Distinguished Service Award. It was his privilege to serve as co-coach of Colorado's B-Division State Championship teams in 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991.

Privacy Statement

Other Worlds Educational Enterprises is highly sensitive to the privacy of its customers and believes that protection of that privacy is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Other Worlds Educational Enterprises has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

1. Acquisition of Information. We request and acquire only information required by law or necessary to provide a high level of efficient and secure service.

2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We grant access to consumer information only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is absolutely necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Missing or Defective Parts

Other Worlds Educational Enterprises will replace any defective or missing component at our expense and will be responsible for shipping fees if notified within ten days of having received the shipment.

Send an email to LWothworld@aol.com stating the invoice number along with a brief description of the missing or defective component. Replacements will be shipped within ten days of notification.

                                     Refund Policy

You must contact Other Worlds Educational Enterprises via email within ten days of receiving the shipment at  LWothworld@aol.com  to alert us to any problem(s) or con-cern(s) you may have pertaining to any product purchased from us.

Our reply will include an authorization number along with information as to how the item must be shipped. To receive reimbursement, the product must be returned in salable condition. The cost of the product will be reimbursed within thirty days of its return. In most situations, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
