Heidi Parker seeks the assistance of a friend to prove that a local merchant, actively seeking the governorship of Washington State, is secretively selling illegal weapons to Afgan rebels. Upon discovering Heidi’s involvement in exposing his criminal activity, this “wanna-be” governor’s ruthless activities leads to an exciting chase through the backwoods of Washington State.
