Should you be dissatisfied for any reason with goods purchased from Other Worlds Educational Enterprises, LLC, please contact us via email within ten days of receiving your order. We will discuss a mutually satisfactory arrangement to solve any problem you may have. Please be aware that descriptive terms addressing the quality of fossil specimens are purely subjective (excellent, good, fair, etc.). In most cases, other than the phrase “museum quality,” each fossil is unique and may include slight imperfections due to the conditions under which they were formed.
